Terms of Reference

1. Transfer of technology for use in the provision of expanded coverage for oral health services.
   

2. Development of epidemiological health studies in the US/Mexico border region.
   

3. To collaborate and provide assistance on research endeavors and standardization of methodology for analyzing fluoride intake/excretion, use of fluoride, benefits/risks and assessment of, and factors associated with dental fluorosis, in addition to the application of technology to reduce the impact of this condition.
   

4. To participate in the training of personnel and technical collaboration between countries in the areas of application of technology in dental materials, prevention, utilization of auxiliary and community personnel, oral biology and diagnosis.
